1. SHIPPING
Coverage
We currently ship throughout Colombia.
For international shipping requests, please contact us through our official channels prior to placing your order.
Delivery Times
• Major cities: 2 to 5 business days.
• Other cities or municipalities: 3 to 8 business days.
Delivery times begin once the payment has been successfully confirmed.
During launches, promotions, or high-demand periods, delivery times may be extended.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping promotions may apply under specific conditions as announced.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, incomplete information, or repeated absence at the delivery location, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Carrier
We work with third-party logistics providers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
MARV is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

2. EXCHANGES
If you wish to request an exchange, you must do so within five (5) business days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Exchanges
Items must:
• Be unused
• Have original tags attached
• Be in perfect condition
• Be returned in their original packaging
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, MARV will cover the associated shipping costs.
Items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Colombian consumer protection law, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within five (5) business days after receiving the product.
To exercise this right:
• The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with original tags attached.
• The customer must notify MARV in writing through official contact channels.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the product is received and inspected, MARV will process the refund within the legally established timeframe.

4. WARRANTY
In the event of manufacturing defects, customers may request a warranty claim within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the product.
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse
• Improper washing or care
• Normal wear and tear
Each case will be evaluated by MARV, and an appropriate resolution will be provided, which may include repair, replace
